Recipe Variations
This recipe is the perfect base for experimenting with different flavours and additions.
- For an extra nutty flavour, try roasting the almonds (or another nut of your choice) for 10 minutes at 350F.
- If you don’t like almonds, switch for hazelnuts, pecans or macadamia nuts.
- Leave nuts out altogether for plain white chocolate fudge, or experiment with other additions to suit your taste or the occasion. Try rainbow sprinkles for kids, a touch of sea salt for grown ups, mint chips or cranberries; the posabilities are endless.
- Switch coconut condensed milk for regular condensed milk, if desired.

Easy White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Prepare an 8’’ tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place all the ingredients except the almonds in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the melted fudge into the prepared tray. Be careful as the mixture will be very hot.
- Shake the tray for the fudge to set.
- Cover the fudge with chopped almonds and gently press them down to integrate them with the fudge.
- Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or until completely hardened.
- Remove from the tray and cut into squares.
