Stuffed Mushrooms

Simple Ingredients

16 medium white mushrooms (about 1lb) 3 cups fresh spinach ¼ cup + 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese 3 cloves garlic 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 4 oz cream cheese 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground pepper

Prepare Mushrooms

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Save stems.

Chop stems into small pieces and sautee in a pan with thinly sliced garlic until golden.

Add Fresh Spinach and Stir until Cooked

Add cream cheese, combine and remove from heat 

Add Parmesan, Parsley, Salt & Pepper

Fill each of the cups with the creamy mix

Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 15 minutes - 375℉

Remove from oven - Drain excess liquid from tray
