Cut the peppers in half and remove stalk and seeds

Preparation

Preheat  the oven to  375 ℉ | 190℃

Bake peppers and garlic cloves 10 minutes each side until soft

Step 1

In a food processor add: Chickpeas & roasted peppers

Step 2

Peel and add roasted garlic

Step 3

Add lemon juice

Step 4

Add olive oil

Step 5

Add chipotle sauce

Step 6

Add salt & cumin

Step 7

Blend until well mixed.  Add more oil or water if the consistency is to dry. 

Chill until ready to serve. Serve with veggie sticks or bread
