– 1 cup almond flour – ¼ cup coconut milk – ¾ cup Keto maple syrup – 3 cups desiccated coconut

– 50 gr - 0.38 cup Almond Flour – 30 ml- 0.09 cup Coconut milk – 90 gr - 0.30 cup Keto Maple Syrup – 110 gr - 1.10 cups Coconut

For 12 Coconut Balls

For 40 Coconut Balls

Add all ingredients to a food processor or mixing bowl to mix by hand.

Reserve some coconut for coating the balls.

Blend or mix the dough until well combined.

Roll the dough into bite-size balls.

Coat each ball in shredded coconut.

Refrigerate the coconut balls for half an hour to let them set.

Store the coconut balls in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
