Easy Chocolate Oreo Cake

This Oreo Chocolate Cake is exactly that—a deliciously moist chocolate loaf cake with Oreo cookies baked into the top. Whip it up in under an hour!

Preheat the oven to 375F Mix the oil, vanilla, and sugars. Add eggs and mix again. Add the sour cream and combine.

Sift the remaining dry ingredients together – Flour, cacao, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to the wet ingredients and combine with a mixer.

Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave and gently fold into the cake batter.

Pour the batter into a greased loaf tin. Gently press broken Oreo cookies into the top so they sink slightly. Bake for 30-35 minutes
