Easy Orange Upside Down Cake

Oranges are available year-round, so this is a perfect cake for any season. However, it shines in late winter to early spring when citrus fruits are at their peak

Preheat oven to bake at 350 F. Caramelize the oranges in sugar, lemon juice, water and cinnamon

Mix sugar, eggs, oil and sour cream.

Add dry ingredients and mix. Add orange juice and mix again.

Line the tin with orange slices and cover with the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes
