1 cup of peanut butter (you can use almond or cashew butter)⅓ cup + 1 tbsp cacao powder2 tbsp maple syrup1 tbsp coconut oil½ cup almond flour⅓ cup shredded coconut
Stir to combine
Place peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao powder and maple syrup in a bowl.
Add almond flour.
It will start to get thick so stir well to avoid flour lumps
Roll the mix into balls.
Roll the balls in cocoa powder & shredded coconut to coat them.
Refrigerate for an hour to firm the balls
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
