– 3 eggs – ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar – ¼ teaspoon salt  – 4 oz cream cheese – ½ teaspoon dry oregano – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Keto Cloud Bread

Preheat oven to  300 F | 145 C

Prepare two non-stick trays with oil spray or parchment paper

Separate egg whites from the yolks - Set whites aside. 

Add cream cheese to the yolks and mix

Add garlic, oregano and salt and mix well

Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form 

Fold one third of the stiff egg whites into the yolk mix stirring gently until combined. 

Add remaining egg whites and gently stir until well combined - Don't over mix.

Spoon the batter onto the baking tray, about 2 tablespoons per bread. Leave space to allow them to spread.

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden on the edges.  DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN WHILE BAKING

Leave to cool for a few minutes before transferring

Best eaten fresh with 8-12 hours of baking
