Easy Choc Chip & 

Tahini  Energy Balls

6 Simple Ingredients

1 cup coconut flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup tahini 1/3 cup maple syrup,  agave or honey 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips Pinch sea salt

Mix Dry ingredients

Add oats and coconut flour to a food processor and pulse until well combined.

A Romantic Picnic Basket 

Add Tahini and liquid sweetener of choice and blend to a crumbly mix - not too dry or sticky.

Stir in  Chocolate Chips

Chill dough for 5 mins then roll into small balls

Sprinkle with a  Little Sea Salt

Chill on a tray or plate unil set. 

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
