INGREDIENTS

Roast red peppers in the oven at 450℉ for 25-30 minutes until soft.  Remove the skins.

Blend the roasted peppers, butter, garlic, basil, oregano, and black pepper to make the Red Pepper Spread.

In a small bowl, toss arugula, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt to taste, and balsamic vinegar.

Toast the ciabatta in the middle and layer with red pepper butter spread. Top with the arugula with tomatoes.

Layer with burrata and slices of prosciutto.
